Initial appointments are required for all new patients. This will include a thorough intake, focusing on concerns, history, health goals, any relevant physical exams and discussion of labs if indicated. You will be provided a treatment plan in this appointment.
Brief Follow-up Appointment

Brief follow-up appointments are for a quick check-in when there are no new concerns and no lab results to review.
Child Initial Appointment

Extended Follow-up Appointments

Extended follow-up visits are recommended when multiple existing and/or new concerns need to be discussed, or when lab results require detailed review. An extended follow-up appointment is also required if more than one year has passed since your last appointment.
Follow-up Appointment

A standard follow-up visit to discuss ongoing concerns and review routine or general lab results (if applicable). New or more complex issues may require an extended follow-up appointment.
